Bailey Link Corporation opened its doors as an Internet Service Provider in February 1997 investing in state-of-the art equipment and systems that delivered various Internet services. Initially pursuing the Internet access market, the ownership was quick to discover that the service in most need was efficiency that web-enabling business processes delivered. So, Bailey Link began hiring staff with strong Web programming and system support skill sets.

We believed government was the neediest efficiency customer.  We approached Jefferson Parish Sheriff Harry Lee with making the process available online. He allowed Bailey Link to pioneer this online service for him. Since then, Bailey Link has collected millions online for various tax collectors across Louisiana and Alabama.

Bailey Link continued to market online government processes successfully expanding our service offering to include systems such as tax rolls, property tax, utility billing, tickets and fines, insurance tax, chain store tax, occupational license, benefits selection, personnel pay plans and more. In 1998, Bailey Link won a $2.1 million contract to provide system support and pioneered their way to providing services on the Internet.

The US Naval Reserves hired Bailey Link to assess task management systems.  There we learned they used strategic planning to organize their technology and link it to their mission.  Bailey Link brought this idea to Jefferson Parish.  We built and implemented a strategic plan based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology after attending the required workshops.  Other strategic planning customers include Jefferson Parish Juvenile Justice, the City of Kenner, LA, and the City of Bessemer, AL.  Bailey Link also participated on the strategic planning board for the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission.

Our expertise in Web application development has made us a firm that our customers and their end-users rely on for Web Consulting services.  We now offer a wide range of Web services including Web templates for immediate establishment of professional looking Websites, Web hosting and marketing services to help individuals build traffic to their Websites.

Besides satisfying the thousands of users that visit our services on any given day, Bailey Link has an outstanding record of delivering innovation and excellence to an established customer base. Our current client list includes Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, Jefferson Parish, Jefferson Parish Courts, Jefferson, Jefferson Parish Tax Assessor, Jefferson Parish Criminal Justice Agency Task Force, State of Louisiana, State of Alabama, Downtown Development District of New Orleans, Loyola University, Lafourche Parish and we are currently integrating the sales tax systems for all 64 Parishes in Louisiana who will be our individual customers.
